About the Retreat

This is a trauma-informed, experiential retreat designed to deepen your connection to Self and Intuition. Set in the stunning Blue Zone of Montezuma, Costa Rica, you'll have six days of daily yoga, one day of psychedelic breathwork, and plenty of unstructured time for rest, processing, and making meaningful new connections.

Where We're Staying

Aves Hotel and Retreat Center is a 12-unit luxury eco-boutique hotel nestled in the hills above the Montezuma town center — one of Costa Rica's designated Blue Zones, known for longevity, community, and natural beauty.

Monti Pal, LPC — Based in Austin, Texas, Monti is a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Master Practitioner and trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through the CIIS Center for Psychedelic Therapies and Research (CPTR) and MAPS.
