I offer 30 minute and 60 minute mindful education and self compassion training services. Please note that these services are not covered by insurance and are primarily education based.

• 30 minute Mindful Education Training-$90

  • Includes assessment of current mindfulness practice, teaching of the basics of mindfulness skills, and goals in mindfulness skills.​ Clients and counselor will discuss number of sessions at first assessment appointment.

• 60 minute Mindful Education Training-$180

  • ​Includes assessment of current mindfulness practice, teaching of the basics of mindfulness skills, and goals in mindfulness skills.​ Clients and counselor will discuss number of sessions at first assessment appointment.

• 30 minute Self Compassion Training-$90

  • Includes assessment of current level of self compassion, teaching of the basics of self compassion and goals in creating self compassion in your life.​ Clients and counselor will discuss number of sessions at first assessment appointment.

• 60 minute Self Compassion Training-$180

  • Includes assessment of current level of self compassion, teaching of the basics of self compassion and goals in creating self compassion in your life.​ Clients and counselor will discuss number of sessions at first assessment appointment.
